For a rental period less than 12 hours, the fee is $100 per hour, 3-hour minimum

Longer period rental fees are as follows:
12-hour rental $1000
24-hour rental $1500 (24 hour rental REQUIRED FOR WEDDINGS)
A $500 non-refundable reservation fee payable to Old Bryan Properties and a
signed contract are required to reserve the facility.
FRIDAY - SATURDAY RENTAL RATES
$100 per hour (7-hour minimum)
$200 cleaning and maintenance fee, non-negotiable
$200 Tables & Chairs (Eight 60” round tables, 97 folding wooden chairs &
two 8' buffet tables available)
$500 Reservation fee will be applied to rental fees for Friday & Saturday.
MONDAY - THURSDAY & SUNDAY RENTAL RATES
