A $350 non-refundable reservation fee payable to Old Bryan Properties and a
signed contract are required to reserve the facility.

$200 cleaning and maintenance fee, non-negotiable
$150 Tables & Chairs (Eight 60” round tables, 95 folding wooden chairs &
one 8' buffet table available)
MONDAY - THURSDAY & SUNDAY RENTAL RATES
$350 Reservation fee will be applied to rental fees for Monday-Thursday &
Sunday
Tables and chairs may be used at no additional charge Monday-Thursday &
